European Historical Economics Society Conference, Dublin, 2011

The conference venue will be at the Guinness Storehouse and we are expecting a good attendance so save the date in your diary (Friday 2nd & Saturday 3rd September 2011).

The EHES welcomes conference paper submissions in all areas of economic history. Potential participants should send an abstract of 500 words as soon as possible, and no later than January 31, 2011, to Kevin O'Rourke - kevin.orourke@tcd.ie. All submissions will be reviewed by the Conference Scientific Commitee, and decisions will be made by March 31, 2011. Accepted papers must be submitted in completed form no later than August 1, 2011.

The conference takes place from Friday morning 2nd September to Saturday evening, 3rd September, 2011. Participants should aim to arrive in Dublin on Thursday, 1st September. Optional excursions will be provided for those who wish to see Dublin or the beautiful surrounding countryside on Sunday, 4th September.
